MANFRED of SWEDEN
It all started with a little Yorkie named Manfred. Manfred did not like the cold winter weather in Sweden, so we
started designing clothes for him to wear during our daily walks in the neighbourhood.
Today Manfred of Sweden has been featured world wide:In the Wall street Journal, Herald Tribune, Daily Mail,
Elle.com, as well as in-flight publications, books and numerous television appearances.
We were also included in the glossy table book “Unbridaled” by Swarovski.
An exhibit which included Manfred’s clothing at the Design Museum in Gothenburg also attracted considerable attention,
which resulted in, further exhibitions across the world, major museums and galleries, the Momu museum in Antwerp with
Swarovski “Crystal loves leather Courage”,
Unbridaled by Swarovski at The Monnais Museum in Paris with John Galliano, Armani, Azzaro, Escada,
Vivienne Westwood, Victor & Rolf.
The famous rock photographer Jan Olofsson’s images decorate a new line of Manfred’s T-shirts. Recently we created a
jacket on the Beatles’ Sergeant Pepper theme. The Manfred of Sweden brand represents a unique fusion of fashion and
functionality. Customizing clothing is key to the range. “Although Manfred is small, we can and do produce clothes for
dogs of all sizes, including big dogs,” explains Ann.
The brand has already generated considerable interest and acclaim all over the world available through high-end retailers
like Harrods in London, Bongenie Grieder Switzerland, L.A. Dog Works in Hollywood, Lap of luxury with Karen in Florida ,
Tony Valdy in St Petersburg, Russia to mention a few.
Manfred of Sweden recently won the highly prestigious Pet Fashion Week NY Media Choice Award sponsored by
Swarovski Crystallized™ using Swarovski Elements. This was judged by the media representatives, confirming
Manfred’s status as the premier brand in this field.
Japan is another country that is succumbing to Manfred's spell. Recently at The Big Site in Tokyo, we were exclusively
represented in the Swarovski Booth with five Crystallized jackets.
Manfred’s fairytale jacket that was shown for the first time at the "Media choice awards Pet Fashion Week in New York”
has 2500 hand sewn Swarovski Crystals was the main attraction at the New York Pet Fashion Week Tokyo Project’s runway.
We are proud to have sold jackets to Robin Williams and Amy Tan at a charity event in San Fransisco.
Brtitains Next Topmodel in which Manfred of Sweden have Customized Jackets will be shown on VH1 and CW in the US .
An exhibit at Swarovskis Crystal world Museum in Wattens Austria, and an exhibit in Tokyo Japan at Tokyo
Honey´s Garden in July.

A special exhibition featuring beautiful leather bags, dog collars, leashes and jackets, shoes and accessories adorned with
Swarovski crystals and designed by some of the world's top designers like Vivienne Westwood, Manfred of Sweden, Viktor & Rolf,
Hugo Boss and Escada, is now in Seoul.
Crystallized Swarovski elements has brought the "Crystal Loves Leather" exhibit to the Shinsegae Department Store, Myeongdong,
in downtown Seoul. The exhibit was first shown at the Palais du Louvre in Paris, as part of the Premiere Classe Fair,
and has also been shown in Antwerp, New York and Milan.
Manfred of Sweden is introducing a new fabulous line of limited addition handbags. Our target customer will be fashionable people
from all walks of life and we have designed an expansive collection with exciting colors and shapes, keeping the same high quality
in materials and workmanship that the Manfred of Sweden name is famous for.
There will be a special showcase at the New York Pet fashion Week in Japan 26-29 of March, at Yokohama that will feature
Manfred of Sweden's Fairytale Jacket that won the 2007 Media Choice award at New York Pet fashion Week sponsored
by Swarovski Elements.
Manfred of Sweden will be exhibitng the Black Leahter Jacket from Swarovskis project Loves
Leather Courage which has been travelling around the world, at the New Swarowski store
in New York from the 20th of May until the 10 of August.
On June 25t h, the Swarovski CRYSTALLIZED Store on New York Broadway will be officially
inaugurated by a press event under the auspices of Nadja Swarovski.
Swarovskis London store will exhibit the world renowed Fairytale Jacket The award winning
jacket from New York Petfashion week the media choice award, for three months begining in September.
